Any change on installing these in my ebII gli out of a eb fairmont and if so whats involved and is it a hard task. what sort of price can i get these for ect just wondering.

Would be possible. Already gave you an opinion on your trip computer but for the climate control I don't think there would be an advantage compared to the effort that went in it. And if you did put it you'd also need to get a little temp sensor. I also heard you can get engine temp reading of these so i would assume there would be a hell of a lot of extra connections for other things. Again, not worth the hassle.
