tickfordxr6 Registered User Join Date: Jun 2002 Posts: 27	Using Falcon Relay in SAAB Hi, I was just wondering if anyone could answer a quick question for me. I have a 94 EF XR6. My parents have a 1990 SAAB 900i. It has a problem with Ignition Relay (Hella part #9522061). I went to the local dealer today and they wanted AUD$220 for the relay with a 2 week wait. My question is would a falcon relay be suitable. I have checked the diagram on the side of an EF Rear Window Defrost relay against the SAAB one and it is the same. Would there be a difference in amperage that would make it unsuitable ? I tried it in the car and it seemed fine, but only ran it for a short period incase it fryed it. Any help would be great.
