Vinyl spray on Vinyl seats

I have some seats in my mustang that I would like to change from green to black. I have read other posts in regards to VHT Vinyl Spray, but not to the effect that I am chasing.

My question is that if I spray the seats with VHT, Does it leave a sticky residue? Will it wear off, being more flexible than plastics? Has anyone done it? And were they happy?

Re: Vinyl spray on Vinyl seats

While it'd cost a looot more, I'd get it done properly, and get the seats re-covered.
I reckon mustang = classic = do it right :)

(Have you got pics of her up in the gallery or anything ?)
