What do i use to cover a stuffed steering wheel?

Ive got a old formuling steering wheel and it has previously been taped up using black electrical tape, BUT it now is coming off & i keep getting sticky hands from the tape.
Does anyone know of a better way to cover the wheel?
id prefer not to use electrical tape cause it tends to come off to easily.
any ideas???

Use the moisture absorbing tape, as used on squash raquets.... Lots of colours to choose from!

Alternatively, try and get another formuling wheel on the second hand market.

Take it to upholsterer & get it recovered, it isnt that expensive.

Buy a clip on leather or vinyl steering wheel cover. In the days of hard plastic wheels I found the ones that were secured by press studs better than the lace on ones (laces always came undone or broke.)

Re: What do i use to cover a stuffed steering wheel?

No; but I have found that all the many things I have bought ftrom Eastwood so far have been good, delivered quickly and come cheaper via Fedex. However, I have also often found some of the same products sold locally so shop around a bit 1st.
