Have you tried any local wreckers, that might be a good start, other than that look in the trading post fo spare parts or possibly try Ford themselves

People think Ford is too expensive for everything, where alot of parts their prices are extremely reasonable. I give you the Tickford fender badges are $10ish NEW with double sided tape already on it, and the AU-Tseries snorkel and XH Snorkel (they two different snorkels to replace the standard EA-EL ones, dependign on the model) are about the $30 mark, when the closest comparable ones are worth hundreds of dollars, but yeah for some things they are expensive, like an EL GT grille is worth $850, but others things are reasonably cheap.

Only some of them are left available from Ford these days.

There were 2 wood colours in the fake wood. Black Bean and Maple.

Availability as follows:
Door trim appliques:

RH rear only in Maple
LH rear only in Maple
RH front in Black Bean only
LH front not available at all

The glovebox nameplate panel is available in woodgrain which was the only finish.

Wreckers soun d like a good option.
