Where does this plug go?

Putting the EF dash in the EA ive found a conector from the drivers side of the dash loom with a white conector that has 20pins (its rectangular). I cant find/see where it goes. When i turn the key to on, i can get the smartlock light to turn off, and the cluster will light up when i turn the lights on, but there is no display of odometer. Any ideas?

Im begining to think the EF BEM cant fire up the EL ECU. but as i turn the key the smartlock light turns off

Re: Where does this plug go?

Thats the ECU diagnostic output, normally goes near fuse box.
