Hi guys,

Got my new magnetic pickup for my duraspark dissy and trying to wire it up but have hit a bit of a hitch.....the 2 wires coming from the pickup are black/red and black/purple, now the wires coming from the module/amp (procomp 6AL) are brown and white, with 2 additional yellow wires (see attached pic). Now i have very limited paperwork on the dissy and amp and I am having problems working out which wire goes where or what their purpose is.
If anyone could shed some light on this, or perhaps even has a diagram of some description that would be great.

Id say one would be a trigger for a tacho.

is that a 2 pin plug ? if so id say the yellow ones run to a cap of some sort for a supresser , is that plug ment to plug to the dist pick up ? or is that the output ?
send me a pm with pics of all pulgs and wires of dist and amp and ill help u out if u want can't really tell u much more with out seeing the lot
