My Dad's Driver and Passenger Seats have died.

The Drivers Seat has completely broken its brakets and the passenger side seat has busted springs.

Does anyone know if E-series seats will fit without modification, or if there is modifications needed, what will have to be done.

Otherwise he will have to put up with another set of XE seats.

E-series will not fit. They will require new mounts.

Seats from XD to XF will fit.

As LTDHO advised, the E series seats won't fit directly. Needs holes drilled, re-inforcing brackets added and an engineers certificate.... you would be up for really big bikkies.

Any seats from XD,XE or XF will fit into your XE.

TBH: (the better half) drives an ED XR6 wagon (Mock Dev 4 160rwkw, JMM extractors, 4 electric windows, Ghia door panels in XR trim, rear head & arm rests in XR trim, Momo s/wheel with Cruise, EL thermos, EBGT wheels, etc) things to come soon = EECV upgrade.

Thanks guys - your help is greatly appreciated. It has saved me a lot of time.
Going to try and find some XF seats that are in good nick to put in there as these ones are definitly beyond salvation.
