It will fit, but as said before, needs a bit of work, I believe the connectors are different, so make sure you get the XF loom as well. Mounting points should be the same. The XF heater box also had the water pipes exiting in a different location - further towards the LH side of the car.
Just one point, my hazy memory remembers someone once saying that for the full instrument dashes, the sender for the oil pressure may be different. A quick call to Ford dealer should confirm it (or my senility!)
The oil pressure guage sender needs to be fitted, you can have the light and gauge if you want by just getting a brass t-piece adapter VDO or Echlin brand will help here.
