Yup, spot on, Jack!
They're pretty hard to find second hand, and if you do find some, expect to pay upwards of $600. But this is a much better option than the $1500 that ford wants for all of the required parts new!
If you do find some secondhand, make sure they have all of the rubber boots and mounting brackets with them, as they can otherwise add a fair bit to the overall cost.
As Jack said, they may need to be painted, which should cost around $60-$80 ish.
Fitting is really easy, only two small holes need to be drilled. All the rest bolts onto existing holes and brackets, and the lights plug straight into the standard loom.
Standard bonnets are fine, but as Jack said, if you have an EA then you'll need to either fill the existing badge recess or fit an EB/ED bonnet.
