AUS: Mazda Recalls MPV, MX-5 & Mazda6
Defect details: There is a possibility that the bulb together with harness of the front fog light may separate from the fog light body and rest on the inner portion or the front bumper. Should this occur while the fog lights are on, heat from the bulb may cause the bumper to melt.
Consumer action: Letters will be sent to all owners. For further information contact your authorized Mazda Dealer.
Consequences: A fire could develop.
