Question 1995/1996 engine control module ( ECM )
does anybody know what the difference is between the police ECM and the regular crown vic ECM? another question will the mustang ECM fit and function in the full size ford models?

I think you'll find the shift points on a police ECM are set a bit higher, other than that there's not much difference. I don't know about compatibility between the stang ECM and the panther ECM.
