Sales stats for August are now available (see the Automotive News website http://www.automotivepersonnel.com.au/news/). 1658 Terris were sold in August - a slight drop from 1681 in July but this hasn't stopped it overtaking Mazda to become the 6th biggest selling car, after Commodore, Falcon, Corolla, Camry (how could so many people buy such a terrible car?) and Astra. It remains the biggest selling SUV. Prado has fallen to 1301 (from 1491 last month) and Kluger to 557 (from 638). All you gents bagging the Adventra will be disappointed to know that it doubled its sales from 212 to 426, raising the prospect of it passing the Kluger as they proceed in opposite directions.

I,m not surprised.

We've got 2 at work. 1 is a 2WD and the other an AWD. Both are great and they are surprisingly chuckable for a perceivably bigger car. They actually drive just like a BA Falcon.

They look good, they drive good and I love all the storage bins and containers in the cabin area. Bring on a V8 version I say.
