After reading this (link) "lovely" article on holden's new S3X prototype, I wondered where I saw a car that looked SO similar. Note: even the alloys are almost EXACTLY the same. Welcome to the party, Holden.

Introducing the S3X, South Korean import to replace the "slow selling" Adventra. Sorry, there are those that may like Adventra, but they got it wrong, and now they're importing ANOTHER car.

the S3X is at the Sydney Motor Show and is a definite full size smaller than Territory. It is not a production car obviously and looks a bit toyish, to be honest.

It's not an obvious competitor for the T, I wouldnt have thought. Almost a RAV 4 competitor really.

fair enough. you mean similar to an Escape/Tribute size? Thought it was bigger...

So the clock started ticking when the Territory came out?
Personally i think they are both long over due, Holden havent really had any 4wds on the market for a while though, where as Ford have had the Explorer and Escape, hopefully Holden will bring out the Hummer H2 and H3 too

Yep!
Terri's as Aussie as can be, and when it comes to foreign influence or parts, eg the 6 speed box, at least they've gone for quality rather than trying to reinvent the wheel.
