Re: rear seat covers

Anyone know if normal seat covers are avilable as I dont see any point in having waterproof covers especially when they are so expensive, thought some after market covers may be avalable.

Re: rear seat covers

I finally got my Takla waterproof rear seat cover and load liner. Having some trouble getting the Velcro to hold up the load liner to stick to the new car material, but will get it set eventually. I think they look great and they fit behind the middle pull out bit and cover the pull out bit so that the drink holders are still accessible.

Re: rear seat covers

Can anyone confirm if the Ford "official" second row seat covers get installed, can you still access the baby seat hooks on the back of the second row of seats (there are 3 hooks across the back of the second row)?

BTW - I think 'waterproof' is a bit of an incorrect statement. I would say 'water resistant' maybe. The holes for the seat belts would certainly allow water into the seat.

Re: rear seat covers

Rear seat covers must be selling like hotcakes !!!!. My dealer has said they are on factory backorder, and will be about a month until they get available again.

Re: rear seat covers

they sort of just sit on the seat with no straps to hold them except some velcro for the headrest. for $100 each i expected a full seat cover , but that being said they work ok and do look good. i got mine with the $500 voucher so to get a matching set ill probably get the rear covers. all in all for the price i think they should cover more of the seat
