Re: Terri Loves A Drink!!!
Dont know if this makes any sense, but at the moment i have had a territory on loan for about a week. First fill i got 18.8l/100.
I have noticed that in normal driving, left in drive, It wont get into top gear until just over ~65kph.
My question is, if you dropped that into manual mode, and made it fall into 4th, and then held it there, would that possibly assist fuel economy, or hinder it given, the engine is working harder at lower revs? Or is there more than adequate torque at around 1500-1700rpm!
Im experimenting with it on this tank.... so will let you know.
Most of the driving I do is from Brisbane northside into city, and then scoot out east from story bridge.......
One thing for certain, keep it sitting in Bris north traffic and 24-25litres/100 is not unfeasible!
