Re: The Territory in the Flesh

LMAO!! I hope Ford don't use that picture of you to sell the Territory!!!! Classic!

Can't wait until it's released. And I hope for Ford's sake, all this testing has ironed out most of the bugs. Be a shame to release such an anticipated car, and it's a dud!

Re: The Territory in the Flesh

I doubt it could be a dud XRated, but if it is you can forget about Ford Australia.... Having a half-billion dollar loss goes a long way to erasing a Australian companies future.

I can't wait for it, I can tell already it's going to be welcomed with open arms.

Re: The Territory in the Flesh

I have seen the grass green one outside the Gabba in Brisbane when the Cricket was on, I saw it three days in a row. It was the same grass green colour and looked fantastic, the pictures don't do it justice. The rear end is so much better than the pictures make it out to be.

Although its not as big as it looks though, it reminds you straight away that it was based on the BA, it still has the same proportions (although much higher hehe).

This car is gonna rock!

Re: The Territory in the Flesh

Has anybody got any more pictures of this green colour, as it could be a viable alternative to Hot House Green for the XP Falcon...

Re: The Territory in the Flesh

I think the base Territory price will start in the high 30's. It will be about 15k cheaper than the jacked up Commodore wagon. I have seen the green color on an XR6 and I thought it looked crap. It looks pretty good on the Territory but was just too much of a Hothouse Green rip off on an XR.

Interesting. Was this on a BA or earlier model? Must have been custom... ?

An FPV version, now that would be wicked!! Imagine the stripes we could put on them - eh Sparkles?

That was on a brand new XR6 straight of the production line. The color may appear in the range in the near future.

Okay! Well news to me - any idea what it's actually going to be called? I hope it's not too close to the Hothouse green colour.
