Territory in Latest RACQ Road Ahead

RACQ Road Ahead Aug/Sept issue. " The General has a pretty good package in Adventra and for gravel graft it has few peers. However, the ride is a bit ratty while its cost, thirst and noise in this mob add up.
It is the most car-like, comfortable and cossetting "softroader" here. Add its performance and fuel efficiency to the mix and it comes up smelling roses.
Even with higher running costs and its preference fpr formed roads, it is a convincing challenger for the six-cylinder crossover crown.
However, there is another compelling vehicle to consider. Territory is smooth, quiet, capable and classy, qualities not always associated with local built Fords.
We wouldn't want its fuel bills in town, nor would we venture far off-track in the Ford, however we could easily live with its practicality, space, comfort and performance."
Territory was also compared to the Kluger and Subaru Outback.
Terry got an average 17.8l per 100kms, a best of 13 and a worst of 19.2.
Adventra got an average of 18.9l per 100kms, a best of 14.3 and a worst of 21.2.
Terry's service costs to 60k $628. Adventra $894.
12 Parts bin Terry 4225. Adventra $2364.
The road test said a "V6 Adventra was on the way"
So, Ford has a winner on its hands.
