Re: Territory Lowered

The studs shouldn't be carrying any load apart from clamping the wheel to the hub. The vehicle weight should be carried by the hub, they are hub-centric wheels and any replacement wheels should be too.

Re: Territory Lowered

Gbh: you have to be very careful with after market wheel purchases for SUV's because they would say that they have wheels for your ride but the question you need to ask them is are they "high load rated"? Wheels for cars are not the same for SUV's especially the territory coming in at around 2tonne.

The best wheels I find that are high load rated come from U.S. because afterall, US have more SUV's than any country in the world and they have a huge market for it.

American Racing, Alba Wheels, twentyinchesstrong

I got mine from Alba...

All the best,
SUV

Which dealer did you get them from?
How much did they give you for your original ryms and tyres?

Re: Territory Lowered

Gbh:

I live in the North so i had to travel to West to get my Alba Wheels. The company is, http://www.ozzytyres.com.au/ . I stuck with 17" bec my wife also drives the car and did not wnat to initially change the ride comfort. It was around 1500.00 just for the wheels. kept the oem tyres. the original wheels i stored under my house. Planning on selling it one day...

I saw some of the pics you posted... Not sure about them... they look like wheels from cars and does not suit the Territory. But that is just me...

Try these wheels for size... You can contact http://www.wheelboyz.com if you want American Racing.
