Territory Resale prices - stil fairly high?

Don't know if posted before, did a search but no luck, so here goes.

Was always waiting for second hand terry's to come on the market but now am a bit peeved and shocked at the pricing.

$34,000 was the cheapest on the net I could find... and that was a one off.

I'm looking at spending just on $30,000 for a Fairlane Ghia instead and use the four grand saving to run the v8.

Can't believe how well the territory is holding it's value.

What do you think Territory resale?

There won't be many second hand vehicles yet so demand will outstrip supply for a while. When all the lease vehicles go onto the market in a couple of years or so then there'll be more supply. If $30k is your budget then you won't get a Territory yet.
