Hi

How many water bottles are you supposed to get when a new Territory is delivered? There are spaces for 8 water bottles, but I got two delivered with the new Terri. So the question in my mind is "Are the water bottles part of the factory build or a freeby that the dealer just throws in?"

oops, I did a quick count, and there are 10 water bottle holders, not 8.

When I picked up mine, the dealer made a point of saying that you only get 2, even though each door has a place for one.

My dealer said two. I guess dealers are all different. Mine chucked in fog lights and prestigue paint, so I guess I can't complain.

My wife loves drinker bottles, and made sure that they were in the vehicle when we drove out.

My tight salesman only threw in 1 bottle but a quick run around the parts desk turned up another 3 for nicks, enough for each door.

Empty I do my sums a bit differently.

I count 4 drink bottle holders (each door) and 6 cup/mug holders (2 for each row)

Is that full, half-full, half-empty or empty?

As one of the original Territory buyers the offer to us then was 2 bottles. One of those now leaks through the neck. Unfortunately this is a hazard with branded goods from outside suppliers. Land Rover had all these "fit for purpose" accessories made in Indonesia or somewhere similar. Fit for purpose they certainly weren't. Is it worth the image damage to the main brand? In hindsight I'd squeeze the dealer for as many as possible to counter the attrition rate.

4 for the doors (1 in each door)
2 in the centre console
2 in the rear seat fold down armrest
2 in the 3rd row.
