Just thought I'd drop in an FYI.

I ordered a TS Territory (RWD) early July and the dealer has confirmed a delivery date of 23rd August...

I held out for the 'must' have options included in the TS.
I felt that the TX lacked too many spec's (side air bags, cruise, alloy's, premium sound etc)
Could not see the value in getting (the some might say) 'luxury' Ghia, however after having a Ghia overnight for a test drive I was tempted.

I've added some other options (because one just must) to the TS like Premium Paint (lightning strike), coded bumpers, Tow Pack, Fog Lights, Lamp/Bonnet Guards and Mud Spats.
I'm going to do some shopping around for Window Tinting (advice required)and wait and see if/when Rola or Rino bring out carry bars for the Territory.

The BIG selling point for my wife and I (+2 kids) was the safety features and the fact that the Territory really will suit our life style given its superb diversity.
It's reassuring reading the good news posts by owners of a TX or Ghia. (Could this forum be bluer?)

If you haven't got your hands on a copy of the Wheels Magazine Ford Territory Special Edition, then get one! (from a dealer).
It has a heap of information from develop to build and then release...

The TS will be a big, no BIG change to my 94' VR Commodore... (Under statement).

Time to start counting down the days...

Hmmmm, so TS can be ordered now.
I had (wrongly) assumed that I'd need to wait until they were released.

Run out of excuses (except lack of finances) now. Time to get my act together!

Also expecting an BIG upgrade from my '94 family sedan (but at least mine's a Falcon)

You will not be disappointed in this car, especially after getting out of the Commie! Make sure the dealer gives you the matching Terri drink bottles x 4!

Mines due for delivery the 1st September!

Again, all options ticked, no idea as of cost as yet, as it was ordered some 4 months ago.

Prob is on holidays till end of September so will have to wait till then
