It's a different car now

Just had the wheel alligment done at the dealers and the difference is amazing. Totaly different feel on the road. It is now fun to drive. The vagueness is gone, and the steering is precice and has a nice feel. The way it was before could be described as "too light" aroung town and this is the comment I have heard from many reviews. Maybe Ford has a slight problem here with wheel aligment of the factory, because the steering is now precice and cannot be described as too light, whereas previously that description would have fit.

Why can't Ford get their quality control sorted out?

If you read the Wheels Territory Special Edition, they show & state that every Territory is computer balanced & wheel aligned.

Is there a problem with the suspension bushes deforming & causing the wheel alignment to go out?

Territory, where are you? We need some answers.

I'll second that. Comparing before and after on my car, the difference is really really obvious and at the very least it should have been picked up by a quick test drive during pre-delivery.
