Yeah,
i have just had fitted 18' custom built ROH Adrenalin's with Yoko tyre's fitted by Bob Jane with no drama's. However there isn't a lot available to my knowledge because i hunted for ages. The guy at Bob Jane got these wheels made for his Terri but he is still arguing with his wife on what car to get. He had done all his homework on what he could get for it and i was in the right place at the right time. I'll put the sizes and dimensions up next time as there has been a bit of discussion on how they will affect the ride and other things
But so far 2000K's on the new wheels I havn't noticed any difference.

Could that wheel tyre set-up be causing some of this?

.....i have been reading the forums for a couple of weeks now hoping that someone will post the same queries that i have but so far no luck.

My Mandarin TX AWD is almost fully optioned and so far i am over the moon with it. AWESOME AWESOME AWESOME. Because i am so happy with it and i hope i'm not trying to find faults but here goes.

1. When travelling over speed bumps or down rough terrain, whenever the back wheels hit the bump at the same time and with my foot on the brake there is a shudder in the peddle(even at slow speeds). It feels like the ABS and that is what both the Ford mechanics said it was and i shouldn't worry about it. They told me that the rear end is lighter when the rear wheels hit the ABS kicks in......
Can someone put my mind at ease. Please!

Nah no change since adding the new wheels. Put 5000K's on before the new wheels and it was all apparent before that.

Re: Wheels - New Territory

Looks good UBeautTerri, with a set of GTP wheels it would be just like the R7 show car (although the wheels on that were 20").

Dimensions as promised.

ROH Adrenalin 18x8 Shadow Chrome 3 piece (load rated to 800kg)
Yokohama 255/55R18 105V V801
New wheel diameter 729mm
Width(obviously) 255mm

I cant notice any difference in anything. My two little hicup's are the same, the ride is the same and the off road handling is the same.

I'm hoping it won't make too much difference to Stability, Traction, ABS and speed.

I welcome all your comments on whether you think there will be much difference.

You can ask Jyzer how he's going, here's a link to his thread:

Jyzer's 20"s

But here's a pic anyway.
