biggrin Zest Ghia AWD

Took delivery of our Ghia AWD in Zest today - most impressed so far with the ride, handling and finish quality.

Factory Options are:

Hill Descent Control, Sat Nav, Front and Rear Tow Recovery, 3rd Row Seats - Leather, Spare Alloy.

Dealer Options are:

Alarm, Bike Carrier, Body Kit, Carry Bars, Mud Spats F & R, Cargo Liner, Carpet Mats, Dash Mat, Leather Gear Shift, Leather Sports Steering Wheel, Scuff Plates - Alloy, Shades - Rear, Shades - Cargo, Spoiler, Lock Nuts, Fog Lamp Covers.

I will post some pics tomorrow hopefully, but we're expecting a max of 7 degrees with snow, so may not get an opportunity to take pics.

Cheers.

The fridge by the look of the list!

Congrats burnsi. Hope you enjoy it as much as I am, mine.

It's probably been mentioned elsewhere but the tow recovery option is now called a "front and rear towing eyes" option by Ford.

Ford have advised that they are not engineered to be a recovery point for a Territory if it is bogged in mud or snow, for instance, but rather a convenient attachment point for towing on firm surfaces.

Re: Zest Ghia AWD

C'mon burnsi it's tomorrow, where are the pics. None of this it's too cold and snowing crap. It's sound like the perfect photo opprotunity for an AWD Zest Territory.

Congratulations on your purchase. I'm holding off for a TS.
Current favourite colour, much to my surprise, is Indiana.

Picture this....

It's 8pm on a wintery Saturday night in Canberra....it's been raining/sleeting/snowing half the day....and around 0 degrees for the other half. We're well into the minus degrees at present....it's pitch black outside...and blowing a gale...I think it's gonna snow again.....

Across the road they're havin' a party...in a tin garage (lotsa p1$$ obviously)....and they're ROFL as the bloke on the other side of the road is runnin' round...barefoot... in a T shirt and trackies, snappin pics of his new Territory ...(this bloke's wife...doesn't understand either)...actually, it's ROFL x 10.....

All because he didn't want to let down his fellow Ford fans, and have them wait another day for pics!!

Re: Zest Ghia AWD

Onya burnsi, don't let a bit of weather or darkness stop you.

The T looks great, even in the dark. We'll let you warm up and wait for the sun to come out before we demand anymore.

I'll be leaving Zest on the shortlist while I wait.

The heroism of a true Blue Blood, if I had the power I would knight him to the Kingdom of Campbellfield, for he good servants is indeed a deserved member of the round table.
