The rear wiper skips the first half of the window, but wipes the last half. I've changed the wiper blade, bent the arm a little to see if that would help, but no luck. Anyone else have that problem or have a solution? thanks.

Yeah, I have had the same problem, though I have not taken any actions to fix it, I would be interested if there is a permenant solution. :)

There should be a spring that pulls the wiper arm down onto the window. The springs are prone to rust, and can eventually break. Average spring life is approx 4-5 years before the rust overcomes it's purpose.
