02 Mountaineer Heater Contro Valve Vacuum Switch

I have an 02 Mountaineer. i believe that the Heater Control valve vacuum switch is bad on it. I have vacuum suction coming in on the black line but the grey line going out to the heater control valve has no suction. Thats why i believe the switch is bad. Can anyone tell me how to remove this switch? I've go a bunch of the dash apart but could use a picture or some instructions. Please help. Its a manual system.
