Hi, i have recently moved to Italy and was considering registering my 92 explorer sport to the Italian DMV.

The problem lies in the incredibly slow and retarded burocracy. They have asked me an authenticated listing of the vehicles specs. I really don't know how to deal with this sort of request: they won't accept the vehicle's OFFICIAL manual, and won't take as valid anything off the net. I thought about getting a Ford dealer to fax me the specs with a nice official looking stamp and signature on it... do any of you know if a dealer would do such a thing?

have any of you gone through this sort of thing before?
