1998 explorer sport radio help

im trying to upgrade the stereo in my explorer, i cant find a proper harness to complete the installation.

i have a 98 explorer sport 2dr with 6 speakers. two in the doors, two behind the seats and two in the rear liftgate.

i believe there is a built in amplifier (according to best buy) and have been told i need a special harness.

there are two harnesses that come from the dash, one is rectangle in shape and has the power wires in it.

the other has a total of 16 wires.

does anybody have a clue as to which wires are what? im ready to cut and splice the wires but im not sure which are which?
