Hey all. My left rear signal light does not blink. The bulb actually lights up when you turn on the lights but when you actually try to signal left it does not blink. The front signal blinks super fast as well as the ticking signal noise in the inside. Please help :)

Change the turn signal bulb. The fast blink is your first clue.

I don't know what year you have... it may be a single-filament bulb (yellow turn signal, separate from brake light), or a dual-filament bulb (red brake light, common bulb with taillight).
