Sometime when its cold the 4.6L V8 just doesn't want to start. It has new plugs & 2 new coils with 120,000 miles on it. To me it also idles a little rough when compaired to my sable & versailles. In order to get it started you need to either let it sit a couple of minutes or put your foot to the floor. I was thinking it could be the IAC.

Autozone will pull codes for free. While there,get a can of MAF cleaner and clean the MAF. The IAC can be cleaned temporarily with carb cleaner.

I was planning on cleaning the MAF while I had it apart. Will there be a code there is no indicator light on yet?

Idles a lots better wife also says it shifts better. Just a couple more repairs to go. I figure I'll take the electrical problem it, pull the radio and send it in for the cd changer. Need to find load whining noise that comes and goes loader when cold gone when warm.
