sutt86 Registered User Join Date: Mar 2008 Posts: 1	2003 explorer rear wiper stays on My 2003 Ford Explorer rear wiper stays on all the time! It won't shut off even when the vehicle is turned off and the keys are out of the ignition...the wiping is *not* intermitant, it is constant. The relay for the rear wiper under the hood is good, and when I take it out the wiper stops...I put it back in,the wiper starts again...all while the vehicle is off. Can someone help please???
