2003 Explorer Window will not go down good motor/switch

So I have a 2003 Ford Explorer that the passenger window will not go down.

It will go up just fine you can hear and feel the motor when you hit the up button
I took the switch and motor out of the rear door and they both do the same thing in the front door, and I also tried the switch from the front in the back door and it works fine.

I checked the wires and all look fine and I even bypasses the wires in the doors and jumpered to the motor and still the same.

I used a multimeter on the back door to check where there should be power when pressing the down button on the switch connector and then checked the front and there is power in the proper wire.

Anyone have any ideas for me to try?
Thank you
