Well, it depends on the mileage. Im going to assume you have over 100k since it is a 95. I perfer Castrol Syntec High Mileage (its the green bottles). They run about $1.25 a quart and youll need abut 6 quarts. Use a 5w-20 weight for the Explorer. The owners manual may call for 10w-20 but there is nothing wrong with using 5 weight. I also recommend using Fram oil filters(about $6-8).
