I forgot to add that I can't lock it with the key on the passenger side either. I can put the key in and turn it both ways and nothing happens. Actuator seized then? How hard is it to replace or should I have it done?
If you can't push the lock button down by hand, the actuator is most likely siezed. If the key turns fully both ways, that is probably an additional problem. Probably the linkage is disconnected from the back of the key cylinder.
