99 Ford Explorer Owner Notification Program
Where do I get a list of owner notification programs for my 99 Ford Explorer Eddie Bauer - the non-safety ones are the ones I am most interested in. I know that the dealer can run an OASIS report for me, but they do not want to discuss the non-safety related items as those items are only fixed if you complain about the problem covered in the program. I just paid some big $$$ for another problem in a Ford vehicle that had an owner notification program that had just expired and I did not know about the program due to various moves - we did not get the letter. Anyone with access to OASIS?
