Exclamation Airbag & ABS indicator light keeps lighting on

i'm facing a problem with my ford explorer xls 2002, the airbag and ABS indicator lights are on for more than two weeks.I informed the ford dealer here in BAHRAIN and took the truck for sevice..for the first time they told me it has been dealt with and it was only a loose wire, but the alarm was still there so they told me to bring the car later when it finishes 50,000km, last Saturday i took it for 50,000km service but still they didn't do anything for it as they said that they have ordered for the airbag spareparts and nothing is wrong with the ABS.. I received the car yesterday and only the airbag alarm was on, but today both airbag & ABS indicators are on....

I have wrote this hoping to have a solution....

Re: Airbag & ABS indicator light keeps lighting on

but how can I raise my complaints to ford motor company?? cuz the service here in Bahrain is poor although ford vehicles are known to be the strongest here in the gulf!!! & i think if the sevice is poor no one will think to get a ford vehicle
