Smile Airbag light flashing code 51

I have a 2003 Explorer Sport. The airbag light is flashing the 51 code, then it stays on solid while the car is running, not only that, but the seatbelt light flahes and chimes ding for awhile and then stop and ding randomly while you are driving, even though everyone's seatbelts are on. Anyone have a "code list" and then maybe an interpretation of what the code means?? I would welcome the advise.

Re: Airbag light flashing code 51

Code 51 Diagnostic Monitor Internal Thermal Fuse - Blown and Short to Ground No Longer Exists

Not 100% sure this code is for a 03 or 05. Probably need to take it to Ford to have this one fixed.

Air Bag code 51 has nothing to do with coolant temp sensor circuit!
