CD player issues in '02 Mountaineer
I was wondering if anyone else has experienced this. The stereo in my truck plays the radio just great out of all the speakers, but when I put a cd in and play it, I only get sound out of the passenger side speakers with sound intermittent sound out of the drivers side. The sound crackles in and out over bumps and such as if there was a wire problem between the speakers and the stereo, but the radio function works just fine. I went and asked a car audio place about it and even they didnt have a clue. They guessed maybe something wrong with the laser that reads the CD or maybe some sort of output problem. I've already pretty much figured all I can do is put a new stereo in but I was just wondering if anyone else has experienced this problem.
