I can not unlock the drivers door on my 95 Explorer. The key will not turn in the lock and the remote will not unlock the door. All other doors lock and unlock with the fob. With the door locked, how do I get at the interior to fix this problem? The pull knob will not move either.

Big problem, common failure is the door lock actuator, sometimes referred to as a solenoid. Of course, as you know, you can't easily remove the panel without opening the door. Locksmith may do this, depending on the shop. Body shop should be able to do it also.
