robert65 Registered User Join Date: Jan 2011 Posts: 10	exporer i have 2000 4.0 sohc explorer and i replaced heads. now it won'T start. i put a meter on the plug for the cam position sensor and it read like .16 volts with key on. is that good or is there a brake or something like that in the wires?
