Hi everybody,

Somebody can help me with this matter ?

A strange noise, loud almost like a horn I'm hear from the air filter box.
When I open the hood, I feel fibration coming from the air filter box thru the air duck, and the intake.

This even appear when is hot outside. If I push the gas, noise disappear.

So if you have a idea on this problem, please tell me.

Could be a mass air flow sensor gone bad.

Tanks for your answer, so what you recommand ? clean it or change ?
If so, is it the small piece on the air duck near the air filter box ?
The trouble come when the hood is hot heated by the sun, in hot weather.

Yes it is the small piece next to the air filter duck. Should have wires hooked up to it. If you know how to clean it I would try that. I'm not sure how to go about that though. I'd recommend cleaning it first as it's a fairly pricey part. Roughly $120+. I'd wait a day or so to see what everyone else has to say before buying a new one.
