fuel pump

my fuel pump went in my 93 explorer is there an access pannel or do i need to drop the tank?

I had to drop my 1996 Explorer's tank to reach the pump.

I think the Escorts were the only Ford vehicles that had access panels to the fuel pump. You can always make your own though. We did a few of them in the Taurus Sho's.
