... and seen any noticable differences? Im taking mine to the shop tommorrow to change cat (clogged) and upgrade exhaust system. Ive had several peop;e say its not worth it on a v6 (4.0). Just wanted to see if thats the case or not/

It would always depend on what kind of upgrade your gonna do to your exhaust system... My friend had upgrade his Ford exhaust system to a stainless steel axle-back exhaust systems and also his muffler system to provide a significant improvement in his car's sound quality and appearance, as well as increase horsepower and torque on his V6... Goodluck with your upgrade...
