I hope someone can help me. I purchased a new keyless entry remote from a trader on ebay and the programing instructions included with the fob did not work. Can anyone help me with new programming instructions?

hey, i'm not sure if these instructions will be the same for your remote, but I have a 2002 mountaineer, and this works for me:
Turn your key in the ignition 8 times back and forth (dont turn it on) and then i think your lights will flash (maybe) and then press the unlock button on your remote. If you have more than 1 remote also press them at the same time otherwise those won't work.

It may or may not work.
