I just recently changed my front pads and rotors myself. About a week later whenever I put it in reverse and turn there is a fairly noticeable loud squeak/grind noise. It doesn't do it at all when turning in forward. Any thoughts on what I should be looking for?

hard to tell without hearing it. Is it in the front or rear? Check the backing plate to see if it got bent in towards the rotor. That happens quite frequently.
