Hey all,
I have a 2004 Mountaineer Premier. This weekend I tried to open my sunroof and the glass comes down but looks as if its getting jammed on something. I've looked in everything that I can see and havent found anything impedeing it. The glass still tilts up and the motor seems to be working but the glass will not retract....

any ideas??? I'm thinking about taking it in but I'm more of a DIY kinda of person ......

I had the same problem (2006 Explore EB) - sometimes with the moonroof opening spontaneously. Took it in to Ford. They said there were "error codes" in the computer system which they "zeroed" out. It worked for a while, now it's locked in the tilted up position. I'm taking it back in Monday AM.
