No rear heat - 2002 Explorer

I have a 2002 Explorer Eddie Bauer that has no rear heat. The front heat is good and hot, but the rear blows only cold air. Over the last couple of weeks I've noticed a ticking sound at times from the left rear where the rear heat / A/C unit is mounted. Anyone else had this problem?

Re: No rear heat - 2002 Explorer

The rear heat pump either has a bad/loose wire connection, or it's faulty and needs to be replaced.
