Sometimes in our 99 Sport with the SOHC V6, the gauge shows no oil pressure, and the "Check Gage" light comes on. Sometimes if you turn the key to ON and hold for a few seconds it will new do it. It seems that it on;y does this when its cold. Any Thoughts???

Im not sure... sounds like your pump is might not be working. But then again it might be electrical. I would take it somewhere. I know my one car alarm has problems when its cold out so I dont know if that might affect your gauge/pump
