P0446 Vacuum Purge Valve MIL - Ford Forums

I keep getting this MIL and wondering where the valve is located on my 1997 Mountaineer. It has the 5.0L engine and is AWD. I would like to check for leaks and advice would be appreciated.

I also have this code stored and the scanner states:
(MIL) may illuminate and diagnostic code p0446 may be stored in memory may be caused by On-Board Diagnostics II (OBD II) performing checks when conditions are not ideal.
TSB 97-19-6 reprogram powertrain control module
